Privacy Policy

Swades Agent ("the Application") is a client-side productivity workspace. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Application accesses, processes, and protects your Google User Data.

1. Information We Access & Collect

When you connect your Google Account using your own Google Client ID, the Application requests scopes to access and manage:

• Gmail API (mail.google.com): To retrieve, send, and manage your emails.
• Google Calendar API (calendar): To retrieve, create, and manage your calendar events.
• Google Drive API (drive): To retrieve, create, update, and manage your files and folders.

2. How Data is Processed & Stored

Your privacy is guaranteed by our architecture:

• 100% Client-Side: All API requests to Google services are made directly from your browser. There are no application servers or databases where your personal data is intercepted or saved.
• Local Storage: Your Google OAuth Access Tokens and emails are saved locally in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device.

3. Data Transmission to Third Parties

To perform the chat analysis you request, the retrieved text data (e.g. emails, calendar descriptions, or file lists) is appended as context to the prompts sent to OpenRouter.ai APIs to generate AI text responses. No other third-party services are utilized.

4. Control & Revocation

You can completely disconnect the Application and wipe all stored data (including tokens and history) at any time by clicking the "Wipe All History" button or "Disconnect" options in the Settings panel.
